Tom Rand is a cleantech entrepeneur, TEDx speaker, writer, pundit, venture capitalist, owner of North America’s most eco-friendly hotel, a client of ours and, if you haven’t already guessed, a very hard-working and intelligent man. So it was lovely to hear via Canada Newswire, this morning that Tom Rand is to recieve the Outstanding Commitment to the Environment Award for his environmentally friendly business strategies at this year’s annual Earth Day Gala Dinner, to be held in Toronto, Camada.
